Walter qualified as a solicitor in South Africa in 1999 and in England in 2001.
He specialises in all aspects of property and landlord/tenant related disputes and litigation. He handles a wide range of commercial property and residential property disputes including commercial lease renewals; dilapidations; restrictive covenants; easements; forfeiture actions; service charge disputes; and lease extensions.
He also undertakes related professional negligence and insolvency matters.
Walter provides advice to commercial and residential property developers; property investors; landlords; commercial tenants; management companies; housing associations; and their surveyors/agents.
He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
