Grace represents clients on a variety of Family Law issues including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and the associated financial settlements; and disputes involving cohabitation and child arrangements.
She is experienced in legal matters relating to cohabitation; pre and post nuptial agreements; legal arrangements for children; parental responsibility; paternity; injunctions; property ownership disputes and Children Act claims.
She has practised exclusively in Family Law since qualification in 2008 and has significant experience in dealing with complex financial matters to include high net worth cases and cases with assets abroad.
As a member of Resolution, she is committed to adopting a non-confrontational approach where possible. Nevertheless, if necessary, she is a confident and experienced court advocate able to undertake advocacy for her clients within court proceedings from the 1st hearing through the final hearing.
