Mike Hornsby LL.B (Hons)
Mike qualified as a solicitor in 1998. He has extensive employment law experience both in private practice and commerce, acting for both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. He advises on legal issues at all stages of the employment relationship from recruitment and contracts through to settlement agreements and disputes concerning post termination restrictions.
He has a particular interest and expertise in employment issues relating to business transfers and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
