David Goldberg BA (Hons) - Partner, Litigation and Dispute Resolution
After taking a degree in politics, David trained with Norton Rose, qualifying as a solicitor in 1993. He joined Gisby Harrison in 1998 and became a partner and head of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in 2001.
David specialises in a broad range of commercial litigation but has particular expertise in disputes over street works and in acting for property developers. He lectures and provides in-house training for client companies on litigation topics.
He is a member of CBBC - the China Britain Business Council and has informal links with law firms in various Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
David Goldberg is an accredited CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) mediator and has over 25 years’ experience as a dispute resolution solicitor.
David is noted for his relaxed, hands-on and practical approach to mediation and brings an overarching commercial perspective to disputes.
He is available to mediate in the following areas:
